Website information and quote requests are preliminary. Service availability, project scope, pricing, travel charges, scheduling, permits, and final recommendations are confirmed directly with you. Free estimates and inspections may be available within our normal service area. We may disclose a $49 service-call or travel fee before scheduling for properties outside our regular route or for certain appointments.

3. Safety and emergency use

This website does not provide emergency service or replace instructions from a manufacturer, gas utility, fire department, or emergency service. If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, see active fire outside the appliance, or believe there is immediate danger, leave the area and contact the gas utility or emergency services from a safe location.

4. SMS text-message terms

If you check the optional SMS consent box or otherwise expressly ask us to text you, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Skyway Chimney Fireplace at the mobile number you provide. Messages may concern your inquiry, estimate, appointment, technician arrival, project updates, or follow-up.
